About Cohron’s Manufactured Homes
Cohron’s Manufactured Homes is a three-generation family-owned and operated business established in 1955. We own seven manufactured home communities in the Lawrence area just east of Indianapolis – Briar Creek, Briarwood, Quail Creek, Greenbriar, Parkwood, Post Acres, and Highland Farms.
Our neighborhoods are in a prime section of suburban Indianapolis. We offer homes ideal for all lifestyles, from seniors and empty nesters to growing families. We believe in providing great service and treating our customers the way we’d like to be treated. The manufacturers we work with all build top-of-the-line homes, mostly right here in Indiana, including Clayton, Champion, and Skyline.
If you haven’t explored Lawrence Township, you will be surprised by all this area has to offer. Our neighborhoods are located within two miles of historic Fort Harrison and Fort Harrison State Park, which offers walking trails, fishing, horseback riding, and one of Indiana’s premier golf courses.
